From Housekeeping to Maintenance

  • Maintenance Order Slip: It gives the details about the type o maintenance to be carried out in the specific area.
  • When the rooms are off for a certain period of time, this information has to be passed on to engineering so that they can see and check if each and every facility is in a working condition or not.
  • The VVIP blocked rooms which have to be put off, are informed to the maintenance department to make those rooms in accordance with specific needs.
  • Preventive Maintenance or Specific Rectification: All the items for which the housekeeping is having a stock and require servicing at regular intervals or preventive maintenances are to be informed to maintenance for the same.

 

From Maintenance to Housekeeping

 

  • Special Preventive Maintenance Program: For carrying out regular servicing so that the area can be taken of use for required date and time.
  • Breakdown maintenances which cannot be cleared in the stipulated time.
  • Special Equipment Servicing: For which the equipment has to be taken out of use or even delivered to the service engineers.
