B&B (Benedictine and Brandy)

by

B&B Cocktail

B&B stands for Benedictine and Brandy; it’s that simple. It is one of the icons of fine drinking and is truly a classic cocktail.

A B&B is often served on the rocks. Some drinkers prefer it straight up and others prefer it slightly warmer (prep your snifter with warm water, dumping it before adding the spirits). It is almost always served in a brandy snifter and it makes an ideal after-dinner drink or nightcap.

Ingredients

  • 1-ounce brandy
  • 1 ounce Benedictine

Steps to Make It

  1. Gather the ingredient.

  2. Pour the liquors into a brandy snifter.

  3. Stir well.

  4. Add ice if you like.
